Built like a home. Taught like a craft.
The houseStory
Opened in 2019, on a street that still smells of orange blossom.
Inês Costa wanted a room in Lisbon that did not shout. Two floors of an old townhouse became Aurea: the upper room for heat and standing work, the lower room for yin, breath, and sound.
Attention
Small groups. Teachers who adjust with their voice first, their hands second.
Warmth
Tea after evening class, lights dimmed before restoration, no fluorescent anything.
Honesty
We do not sell enlightenment. We teach breath, strength, rest, and showing up tired.
Rooms
Two rooms. One tempo.
Sala Sol is the light room — vinyasa, sculpture, and morning practice with the city just waking below.
Sala Lua is the low room — candles, bolsters, gold yin, and breathwork.
